Buying and selling a home can be the most exciting and stressful experience simultaneously. That’s why having an agent that really understands your family’s needs and priorities is a must. We have had the pleasure of not only purchasing a home with Jennifer but also selling our home as well. We could not have been more enthusiastic about how well cared for we were with the entire Erickson team. It’s clear that Jennifer and her team value every client. Here are some very important highlights that set Jennifer apart: 1. Detailed expertise of the market. Jennifer begins with a thorough market research packet (truly a packet of information) carefully crafted to highlight where our home fit in the market. (I have moved to 5+ homes and never had an agent give this much detail). 2. Ease of communication. Whether it was filling out documents, coordinating open houses and showings, following up with home inspections, or closing timelines we never had to guess or wait. We knew exactly where we stood. 3. Personal Touch. Professional wouldn’t be accurate enough because Jennifer and her team see that as an industry minimum. They truly add personal touches to listing your home and showings (ex: Aerial drone footage of house and area surrounding. Halloween Candy for kids of families during open house, wooden basket with shoe covers to protect floors during showings) 4. Your advocate. Not every agent is truly committed to your home buying and selling journey. You can tell that the Erickson team is passionate about what they do and are motivated by helping families find their home.
